Also adds a /last so you can compare it to /status however this is sketchy, best done client side with a ~5 update threshold.

I suppose a notification could be broadcast when a server comes back up as well. I'll do it later. |

Also added the /last which sends the last json string, it seemed useful. I was going to use it but I didn't.
